- Motivates and train sales agents to close sales and meet sales target
- Prepare pertinent research date and market information necessary in the mapping out real marketing plans & strategies.
- Explore areas, referral partners or events viable for marketing efforts and posible expansion.
- Recruit sales agents competent for effective sales.
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- At least 3 years experience as assistant sales manager/ team leader in real estate company. For senior sales manager at least 3 years experience as sales manager in real estate company.
- Excellent communication, good negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure
