Job Description

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers and other trade factors

• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customer and dealers.

• Able to match the needs of the customer
and the products the company provides.

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such
as weekly work plans, and monthly/quarterly territory analyses

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing
solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

• Maintaining records on area and customer sales.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Attend sales and participate in sales meeting

• Other task that may be assign



Job Requriements

• A four-year college degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or equivalent is preferred.

• Excellent communications skills are required.

• Ability to provide courteous and responsive customer service, build strong customer base, contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs.

• Answering customers' questions about products, prices, and availability for delivery

• Ability to travel within the required territory
