Job Description

 Oversee implementation of HR services in the sector in the areas of Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Movements, Salary and Benefits Administration, Labor/Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition, and Training and Development.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

EDUCATION

College graduate with a degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management

EXPERIENCE

Five (5) years performing various HR functions, with focus on Training and Development and Quality Management

Three (4) years supervisory function

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

Technical/Functional:

Facilitation Skills

Customer Handling

Budgeting and Forecasting

Change Management and OD Interventions

Business Process Controls and Assurance

Legal Compliance

Negotiation skills

Leadership/Behavioral:

Strategic Alignment

Analysis and Problem-Solving

Business and Financial Acumen
