The company has two (2) divisions, namely, ADMINISTRATION and FINANCE. The Administration Division oversees the day-to-day activities of the company such as sourcing, screening. orienting and monitoring of its workers for its different client firms while the Finance Division takes charge of the payroll, billing and other financial transactions of the company.

The company’s main thrust is to engage in contracted job, work or service for local industries and business establishments by providing administrative and encoding, customer management, logistic coordination, technical and engineering services. These composed of accounting clerks and office assistants, data encoders and PC support staffs, customer care officers, telephone operators, drivers/mechanics/technicians, and project engineers that augment their regular workforce and business operations. For the past ten years, its clients are PLDT CO., SMART COMMUNICATIONS, INC., I-CONTACTS CORPORATION, MIRIAM COLLEGE, ATENEO DE MANILA UNIVERSITY, ABS CBN BROADCASTING CORP., PLDT Employees Credit Cooperative INC., PLDT Employees Services Corporation, CORNING DEVELOPMENTS PHILIPPINES INC. It also offers a collection service and is presently handling the Final Accounts of PLDT Cavite Business Zone, PLDT Bulacan Business Zone, PLDT GMM Accounts in partnership with Quebral Quebral & Quebral Law Firm.
