Job Description:

As a customer service representative, you will be providing assistance to clients from various countries -- responding to their requests and answering their queries about products and services you are supporting. The task involves identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues, as wee as recommending process improvements. The challenge comes with handling large volume of inquiries and navigating the computer, while providing excellent customer service, but the rewards of helping your customers with their problems are worth the effort.
