DIRECTOR FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Job Description:

The Product Development Director is responsible in assisting the Senior Director for Marketing with development of business cases for new products, including detailed operational, technical, and financial assessment. He/She also supports the Director of Product Marketing in identifying and analyzing new product opportunities. He/She ensures that the company�s play books of materials include a comprehensive review of the operational and technical aspects of all services and products which will be utilized when presenting CRM solutions to various portfolio of clients. Other tasks include coordination and interface with the sales team to gather feedback, data and materials that might be useful when helping build future lines of business and growth for the company.

*  Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/ Master's Degree in any field
*  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
*  Minimum of five (5) years working experience as a Senior Manager/Director in the related field specifically with BPO/Call Center Marketing and Business Development
*  Strong background on BPO/Call Center Operations and Implementations
*  Must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
