LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Description:

*  Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
*  Minimum of five (5) years Training and Curriculum Development experience, working with management in assessing, diagnosing, and developing interventions to align training initiatives with company goals and objectives
*  Preferably holding a position as an Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Human Resources or the equivalent
*  Excellent grasp of learning techniques and Training Needs Analysis
*  Comprehensive working experience in a multinational company with broad understanding of diverse personalities
*  Must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
