OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description:

*  Bachelor�s/College degree in any field
*  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
*  Minimum of one (1) year structured project management and supervisory experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is an advantage
*  Minimum of three (3) years of management experience preferably in a call center environment
*  Customer Service/Tech Support/Sales operations experience in any specified or comparable area
*  Proficient in SQL and databases management as well as with MS Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and other software/systems (e.g., Lotus Notes)
