PROGRAM ANALYST
Job Description:

*  Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics/Statistics or the equivalent
*  Good verbal and written English communication skills
*  Six Sigma Certification is a must
*  Preferably with experience as a Supervisor specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or the equivalent
*  Knowledge in constructing/automating reporting templates and packets for Operations/support groups
*  Working knowledge in mapping/developing/streamlining Operations� internal processes as well as overseeing the implementation and audit of these processes
*  Good understanding of interdepartmental and cross-functional business processes and practices in a call center environment, as well as a thorough understanding of the basic tools of process improvement (i.e. TQM, 6 Sigma, ISO, etc)
