SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description:

The Senior Network Administrator supports the call center operations of the company, as well as those of Support groups, by ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of network services (i.e. LAN / WAN). He/She maintains the data network within the organization and ensures its optimum performance, resolves all issues and concerns regarding the organization�s network and infrastructure, and assists the Network Manager, Special Projects Manger, and general I.T. Management in networking requirements for call center/company expansion.

*  Bachelor�s/College Degree in ECE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any Computer-related course
*  Minimum of five (5) years Network Administration experience in a Supervisory capacity, preferably within the call center, customer service, or any communications-intensive industry
*  Working knowledge of Data and Voice networking equipment, as well as their installation, configuration, and maintenance, particularly of Cisco routers and multi-service switches
*  Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN/WAN
*  Basic knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF routing protocols
*  Ability to perform IP Address Sub-netting and Assignments
*  Working knowledge of I.T. requirements/demands in call center operations and organization
*  Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
Senior skill level and hands on experience in a Cisco switch environment, with specific skills in:

-  VLAN setup and administration
-  Cisco 4000, 5000, 5500 or 6500 level equipment on hands on role.
-  Cisco MGX 8850 ATM Switch experience preferred
-  Cisco 7206 VXR experience preferred
-  5 years minimum hands on Cisco experience
-  Network Planning and Documentation using Visio
-  Network Tools such as Cisco Works, Whats Up Gold, HP Openview
-  Experience in handling and maintaining minimum of 30 to 45 servers
-  Experience in handling and maintaining minimum of 4000 workstations
-  Must be CCIE
