• Has one (1) year experience in providing real time conversion of voice files to text

• Pioneered in institutionalizing a 6-week production editors’ training program patterned after US standards

• Combined the voice transcription expertise with the call center operational experience of call center affiliates

• Highly skilled Production personnel

• State-of-the-art IT infrastructure

• Has over 300 conversion agents, growing to 700 by end of October 2008.

Job Description:
  • Must have attained at least 2nd year college level or a 2 year diploma/associate course
  • Must have good written, listening, comprehension skills
  • Touch typing speed of at least 35WPM with 95% accuracy
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati or Cabuyao Laguna on a different shifting schedules
  • Familiarity with Australian, Canadian and American English is an advantage
