Human Capital Management Coordinator (IRC2032)
Job Description:
  • Responsible in updating run sheet, contact list, performance reports and other documentation of the team.
  • Assists in the periodic review of departmental operating procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Contributes at least three(3) process improvements for the whole year.
  • Contributes to other projects if requested.
  • Liaison between EBS and Division Customers by interacting with Division HR, Finance, operations management, and employee customer population to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Provides functional support and vendor communications with third party benefits.
  • Ensures accurate and timely payroll payments to employees on the US payrolls, which includes multiple states, multiple pay frequencies and multiple GRE’s.
  • Supports of HCM implementations through the assistance of the HCM configurations migration to the production environment.
  • Responsible for accurate balances in relation to regulatory reporting for taxes.
  • Adheres closely to daily schedules while other assigned tasks are executed on time.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • Very good English written and oral communication skills, as all written communication will be in English.
    • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with multi-disciplines from the clerical level to senior management.
    • Must be detail-oriented and conscious of data confidentiality requirements.
    • Willing to work on US shift (night shift) schedule.
    • Experience with Oracle HR applications is required.
    • Related experience in the BPO industry (HR/Payroll), preferably.
    • Preferred minimum of two (2) years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division, multi-cultural environment.
