CRM Data Analyst
Job Description:

Prepare the data that would be required for the proper operations of the CRM System to include the following process:
Retrieve data from an existing source.
Format data based on requirements of the system.
Cleanse data to ensure accuracy and correctness.
Upload or import data to the target system.
Provide accurate and timely service in validating data that has been encoded or uploaded in the CRM System.
Actively participate in the implementation, maintenance and administration of the CRM System and ensure availability of the system.
Generate timely and accurate periodic reports on the activities completed and tasks on hand.

Attends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the team
Work within defined ECT-GSC operational and employee goals by contributing to other projects, if needed.

Graduate of any 4-year course or 5-year course with a degree in Computer Studies, Information Systems, Information Technology or related course.
Graduate of any Engineering course will be considered.
At least 1 year experience gained from marketing, sales and service related business with familiarity on working with data systems.
Excellent or have worked with CRM systems such as Oracle CRM On Demend is a plus.
Knowledge with relational databases and SQL queries is a plus.
Ability to assume cross-trained function in the event of low utilization.
Ability to assume back-up functions in the event of skills and capacity constraints.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Computer application skills such as MS Office Applications, Mainframe and other Business Systems and Tools.
Willing to work on shifting operations which may include weekend with scheduled days off, to support the assigned business and customers.
