Sales Support Specialist (IRC1666)
Job Description:

Generates 2D and 3D drawing proposals of Metro products
Responsible for the generation and maintenance of the Metro CAD symbols library.
Generates Quotes/Bills of Materials to support drawing/product planning process
Develop a working knowledge of all Metro products appropriate to the specific market being supported. 
Works closely with other Emerson-InterMetro sales support functions and management to communicate key business opportunities & sales support requirements 
Works closely with Metro Territory Managers, Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to communicate status of drawings requests and to clarify inputs as necessary. 
Completes all requested drawings and quotations to according to Metro’s set standards & processes 
Suggests improvements to the drawings and quote request process to make the process more efficient.

 

Degree from 4-year College with proven academic success in Architecture, Interior Design, etc.
Relevant design experience, a plus. 
1-2 years minimum experience with AutoCAD in both 2D & 3D environments. 
Good Conversational and Written English language skills. 
Very high attention to detail. 
Proactive/Self-starter/Good work ethic. 
Computer literate with experience in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Web-based tools.
High tenacity, determined, strong follow-up skills. 
Very organized, great coordinator.
High resistance to stress. 
Flexible in work habits.
Strong English communication skills (oral & written).
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail is critical.
Responsible for accurate input of report data.
Works closely with Sales and Territory Managers.
