Technical Support Representative (IRC1828)
Job Description:

Order Entry  
Accurately administers open International orders within agreed timescales to meet customer commitments.
Ensures that orders are processed according to the specific rules relating to trading with countries and end customer terms and conditions.
Acts as a liaison to assure timely and efficient administration of orders.
Reviews order book for orders in problem status daily and take corrective action as appropriate.
Proactively reviews order book to ensure orders are dispatched according to customer request date in liaison with other relevant departments.
 
 
Others
Receives and responds to queries from both internal and external customers within agreed timescales.
Ensure 100 percent compliance to quality audits.
Assures effective coordination between Manila and Irvine and its customers to aid in the achievement of world class service level and support.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Non-engineering graduates with order entry experience and have technical aptitude.
Engineering graduates from reputable college institutions, with 1–2 year/s experience in the sales and manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
2-3 years Vocational or Technology graduates can also be considered.
Customer service/ Administration experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
With intermediate mathematical and language skills.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
