Call Center Academy is a training institution for individuals who aspires to become a call center agent.

Our objective is two-fold: To provide training in order for individuals to acquire the necessary skills to become a call center agent and to help them get hired through our partner companies.

- Must be able to transcribe medical records according to the AAMT Standard at an efficient pace

 

- at least 1 year experience in Medical Transcription

- must be willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
