Operations & Business Intelligence: Data Support Services
Job Description:
  • Provide assistance to the Data Support Services (DSS) team through the following:
  • Data encoding of candidate profiles on PeopleSoft
  • Preparation of reports (hires, failed, job offer, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Contract generation
  • File management including sorting, filing, and shredding of files
  • Other requirements as needed

 

Hard Skills:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (at least above-Intermediate level; requires no training)
  • Great computer multi-tasking skills
  • College graduate of any course
  • Previous experience in administrative, secretarial or encoding services preferred

 

Soft skills:

  • Personable – great customer service skills
  • Can communicate confidently with all kinds of people
  • Highly organized – Will manage all documents and database of the Employee Referral channel
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to do encoding, paper work and other administrative tasks
  • Team player – works well in a team
  • Willing to do additional tasks as necessary
  • Willing to render extra hours when necessary
  • Willing to work in UP-Ayala Technohub, Commonwealth Ave, Diliman, Q.C.
