RMC: Business Partner Associate
Job Description:
  • Maintains metric monitoring of business partners for accurate reporting
  • Prepares reporting requirements such as weekly footfall, status of endorsements, hires, attrition, and monthly performance to immediate supervisor and business partners
  • Oversees the movement of business partner endorsements
  • Monitors and validates business partner billings and invoices for recruitment and training services
  • Liaises with business partners and recruitment team for events and activities
  • Proposes concepts and designs of marketing collaterals for branding of the company and promotion of business partner sourcing activities
  • Contributes to business partner recruitment-marketing and quarterly planning
  • Maintains and process administrative functions such as business partner 201 profiles, pre-employment requirements and relocation allowance contracts .
  • Handles phone and e-mail inquiries
  • Participates in recruitment events when necessary

Hard Skills:

  • Good in MS OfficeGood in Excel (at least Intermediate level; requires no training)
  • Great computer multi-tasking skills
  • College graduate
  • Background in recruitment is a plus, but not required

Soft skills:

  • Personable – great customer service skills
  • Can communicate confidently with all kinds of people
  • Highly organized – Will manage all documents and the database of the BP channel
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to do paper work
  • Willing to travel (to BP offices)
  • Team player – works well in a team
  • Willing to do additional tasks as necessary
  • Willing to be based in EDSA Central Pavilion, EDSA corner Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City
