RMC Business Partner: Recruitment Operations
Job Description:
  • Provide assistance to the Frontline Recruitment team in meeting hiring targets through the following:
  • Performs necessary recruitment tasks to evaluate applicants for frontline hiring requirements
  • Conducts call-outs, initial interviews, facilitates exams, job fairs, and other recruitment processes
  • Creates necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • May be assigned to an off-site recruitment events

Hard Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Great computer multi-tasking skills
  • College graduate, preferrably in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences
  • Previous work experience in recruitment is a strong advantage
  • Good in MS Word and Excel (at least Intermediate level; requires no training)

Soft skills:

  • Personable – great customer service skills
  • Can communicate confidently with all kinds of people
  • Highly organized – will manage all documents and the database of applicants
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to do paper work and other administrative tasks
  • Team player – works well in a team
  • Willing to do additional tasks as necessary
  • Willing to work extended hours, including Saturdays
  • Willing to do field work

Work Location: Mandaluyong-based, but roving
