Job Description:
  • Interview applicants and select qualified candidates by assessing communication skills, job related competencies, and program fit for agent-level positions
  • Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company
  • Provide assistance to walk-in recruiting process and off-site recruiting activities
  • Contribute to creating the Employer of Choice Brand which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent
  • Complies with the Company’s Policies and Procedures, including Information Security
  • In charge of monitoring specific account/s given whenever there would be hiring requirements
  • Ensure documentation and pre-employment requirement compliance of new hires.
  • Participate in off-site recruiting activities
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time and meet individual targets
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external candidates
  • Willing to work extended work hours
  • Applicants must be willing to do field work
  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications

Work Location: 3  Roving -- Makati, Ortigas, etc.
