Responsibilities:

• Reviews Notice of Acceptance, Bill of Quantities, specifications to ensure that all data are complete prior to delivery and installation.
• Coordinates with client as to the necessary gate pass and work permit.
• Responsible for the site marketing and measurements, floor marking of approved lay-out as requested by client and technical support managing group.
• Attends weekly coordination meeting with approval of PID manager
• Updates PID Manager and other concerned parties on progress of installation activities
• Monitors materials needed for various projects with the final approval of PID Manager
• Coordinates with Sales and TSMG to fully ascertain the requirement of each project
• Preparation of As-Builts drawings.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Interior Designing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
