Job Description:
  • Advanced knowledge with Systems Analysis and Design Proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge with Network and Telephony Design and Management
  • Basic knowledge for Database Administration and Programming and Development
  • Good comprehension skills and can communicate well with team and other departments
  • Good disposition towards work
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Very good Time Management
  • Can work well in a team
  • Proven ability to handle stress well and work under pressure
  • illing to work on shifts/graveyard hours
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communications Engineering or other degree in Math and Sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in I.T. with 4 years work experience as Information Specialist 
  • Ensures 24x7 ITS Service desk team is able to manage and consistently achieve the Service Level targets in IT Operations support
  • Required Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (Messaging) or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (Security) or an equivalent 1 year experience in Systems Administration.
