The Human Resources Assistant assists the Human Resources Manager with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The position carries out responsibilities in timekeeping, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organization development, and administration.
Supports performance management processing and monitoring forms a variety of activities related to Human Resource operations and management, such as recruitment and staffing, time keeping and benefits, human resource process standardization and documentation, training, performance management and other related human resource functions.
