HR Assistant
Job Description:

The Human Resources Assistant assists the Human Resources Manager with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The position carries out responsibilities in timekeeping, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organization development, and administration.

Job Duties:
  1. Provides support to the Human Resources Department in addressing daily personnel concerns
  2. Processes staffing requirements for store regular manpower requirements as well as for specific functions.
  3. Maintains personnel, benefits and other human resources files
  4. Maintaining adequate levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees
  5. Assists in the conduct of all training and development and employee relations initiatives
  6. Organizes recruitment and staffing logistics

 

Supports performance management processing and monitoring forms a variety of activities related to Human Resource operations and management, such as recruitment and staffing, time keeping and benefits, human resource process standardization and documentation, training, performance management and other related human resource functions.

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and database applications necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Service-oriented and professional in conduct, attitude and appearance
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to initiate and work multiple priorities concurrently
  • Willing to work in Makati.
  • At least 2-3 of experienced in the same field
  • Full-Time positions available.
