Voice Network Engineer
Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Broadsoft / Broadworks experience,
  • SBC operation experience,
  • Minimum 2 years experience in voice, provisioning and support,
  • Proven ability to design hosted voice solutions meeting customer requirements,
  • Good understanding of IP Telephony features - dial plans, call capacity planning,
  • A familiarity of CPE VoIP equipment and multi vendor handset use,
  • Knowledge of SIP and H323, TCP/IP and VoIP Codecs.
  • Effective team work skills,
  • Strong communication and knowledge sharing skills,
  • Intermediate UNIX skills,
  • High level of attention to detail and listening skills,
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
