Job Description:

 

·           Establish strong partnership with Site management in influencing positive Alorica culture and HR team management.

·           Act as an influencer and key business partner to achieve HR and business objectives.

·           Proper dissemination and application of HR policies and procedures.

·           Resolve any issues identified in terms of non-adherence to policies.

·           Serve as coach and mentor to HR team members looking after their training needs and performance.

·           Ensure consistent understanding of critical HR and organizational information.

·           Spearhead conflict resolution among departments.

·           Provide expert knowledge and advice on disciplinary process management.

·           Keep management informed on potential issues and avoids legal risks.

·           Understands the business and the various client programs in the site.

·           Act as point of contact for employee relations issues at HR Site (including employee concerns, responding to subpoenas, conducting exit interviews, etc.)

·           Oversee payroll, bonus calculation and performance review processing performed by HR Coordinator

·           Manage and execute all paper work flow for staffing requisitions, full-time hires, transfers, promotions and terminations

·           Develop and report employment metrics on a regular basis (turnover, return on investment, staffing sources, etc.)

·           Develop and implement new hire orientation procedures and instruction, and assist in development and implementation of corporate training initiatives

·           Manage all company-wide out-reach activities and corporate events

 

·        Minimum four (4) years of broad HR experience required.

·        College degree required.

·        Intermediate to advanced PC skills required.
