Job Description:

* Must be extroverted and has an energetic personality
* Ability to multitask
* Time management skills
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Performance Driven
* Respond to and manage high stress situations
* Tech Support/Customer Service Experience (3 years or more preferred) Strong Coaching Technique
* Committed and Consistent
* 6 Months Supervisor Experience in Tech Support or Customer Service
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Good Leadership skills
