The Job Zone is a place for burgeoning companies to set up their recruitment site permanently. This would create a one stop shop for job seekers and foster awareness of current updated job availability mainly because it would be open 6-7days a week. It will create an influx of candidates because it covers a wide variety of companies in different industries present in the Job Zone.
The site will be on the 3rd Level of Alpha Land South Gate mall which has an average booth size of 10 square meters.

How do we bring in candidates?
A key element in our marketing strategy is to create events every week. We shall tie up with varied industry associations (i.e. maritime association, POEA manpower agency, manufacturing sector assoc, overseas employment agency- Asian division placement, school events, etc.) and this would result to cross employing to other industry such as the BPO/contact center industry. We can spot candidates that are suitable for BPO/call center even on a maritime association job fair event instantaneously thru our automated HRD assessment , that is provided as an exclusive service in the job zone ( see other page for details) . With events booked for three months , we can capture and seize opportunity on employing a greater number of candidates that the BPO/contact center industry has never tapped into. Because of its regularity (mall is open everyday) the chance on getting and selecting these candidates is maximized.
HRD ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE
Step 1: Upon entering the job zone, candidates submit his/her resume to receptionist and is administered a drawing test.
Step 2: Drawings are then scanned and process in the latest cutting edge AI software.
Step 3: Resumes and analysis from the drawings are then sent electronically to the tenants/companies in the Job Zone giving them a Job suitability grade in matter of minutes on each applicant.
Step 4: The companies may use opt to use the paging system to call on the candidates on site for interview who has good job suitability grade.
Step 5: HRD for each company can interview and administer its own skills, language proficiency test and discuss compensation packages.
Step 6: Instant successful hire! Process can be repeated every single day.
